Gennadius's pencil inscription on the recto of the first and third flyleaf: accession code, shelfmark (also followed by the Gennadius Library), bibliographical notes and price references. Cut-out from a bookseller/auctioneer's catalogue, possibly added by Gennadius, possibly relating to the same or to other copies. Also contains a note with bibliographical information, glued on the first flyleaf, in black ink, late 19th c., not in Gennadius's hand, but with a pencil inscription on the top (by Gennadius) reads 'belongs in L 55'). Purchased in or soon after 1914 (accession mark is post-1913).
