GW dated not after 1470 on the basis of a rubricator's date in the copy at Freiburg, a date rejected by Sack. Proctor located the press first at Augsburg and then at Zürich; BMC (where the press is recorded as the Printer of the Constance service books) suggests Constance; and Amelung (Frühdruck I, p.XVIII) suggests Heinrich Jan as the printer
