NotesProctor located this press first at Augsburg and then at Zürich; BMC (where the press is recorded as the Printer of the Constance service books) suggests Constance; and Amelung (Frühdruck I, p.XVIII) suggests Heinrich Jan as the printer. The copy in Überlingen includes also the parts VI 'Commune sanctorum' and VII 'Officium dedicatonis ecclesiae' and a different 'Psalterium', printed with the type 3:109R in 30 ll. (not in GW)
