General Note

Johan Höjer was Werner's foreman in the Academic printing house in Uppsala. He took over the printing house from Werner as of 1733, but he was not approved as printer to the Academy until 1735. Until that time he used Werner's name in the imprint. His widow, Beata Charlotta Mentzer continued the printing house after his death.
