Apparently a part of an incunabulum that included also NLI Shocken 66 and 68. The three were once bound together, the handwritten foliation here is ב (two) to ח (eight), the same hand numbered the leaves of Shocken 66 as א (one) and of Shocken 68 as ט (nine) to יד (fourteen).
The three have also the same watermark.
