Schramm describes 2 printings: “ein Druck ohne Holzschnitt und ein späterer Druck mit korrigiertem Text, Holzschnitt und einer roten Randleiste zu Beginn des Textes.” The BMC collation for its copy, which is not recorded as having a woodcut, does not agree with that of the Harvard copy, which is: [1^14 2-13^10 14^8 15^10 (±15/7) 16-25^12.8 26^4]. This copy has neither the woodcut nor the ornamental border at the beginning of the text; it differs on D4v from the text reproduced in facsimile by Schramm in having the following readings: line 2, gemeine and lewte; line 4, allein; line 6, vñ; Schramm has respectively gemeyne, leüte, alleyn, and vnd.
Physical DescriptionFinal 2 leaves supplied from another copy, slightly smaller and with a different pattern of wormholes. -- First 42 leaves foliated in pencil, with folio numbers added to entries in the table.
