First initial on leaf a2r, i.e. fol.. 2r, with penwork decoration in dark brown ink added later.

No. 493 in Rudolf Pindter’s 1884 catalogue of the Dietrichstein library; no. 569 in the Gilhofer & Ranschburg sale catalogue, November 1933. Inscribed "Incunabeln 132" in red crayon and "I, VII, 5" (presumably the shelving location) in blue crayon, in a similar hand and size, on front pastedown and blank leaf [a1]r.

Binding noteFull leather Moravian binding, possibly late 17th or early 18th century: light brown calf over pasteboards preserving original sewing on 4 double-split whittawed skin spine bands, no endbands, bookblock edges coloured in yellow, boards decorated with a double blind-roll frame of foliate design, single blind-stamps of a rosette at centre of lozenge filled with rays on spine compartments, title gilt on light brown leather spine label.
