Binding noteContemporary Venetian (presumably) blind-stamped calf over pasteboard, consisting of fillets, a frame formed by repetitions of a rectangular palmette tool, and punch dotting. Two green silk ties, one preserved, the other absent but for a few threads. Decorative endbands of red and yellow silk. Leaf edges perhaps lightly brown-stained, on top edge is written, perhaps sixteenth-century hand: "VFFICIO GRECE". Later gilt-stamped title on spine.
