Nato a Savignano di Romagna, studioso di diritto, lettere antiche, archeologia.
Spécialiste en antiquité et littérature latines, professeur, éditeur et imprimeur-éditeur. A étudié à Césène, Rimini et Rome. Né à Savignano Sul Rubicone (Émilie-Romagne, Italie), mort à Ferrare. Directeur de la Stamperia Amatina (fondée par le comte Carlo Mosca Barzi) à Pesaro, il a notamment publié des collections de classiques.
Ausbildung in Cesena, Rimini und Rom; Leiter der von Conte Carlo Mosca Barzi in Pesaro gegründeten Druckerei (Stamperia Amatina); Ratsherr, Archivar und Notar in Savignano; übernahm 1785 den Lehrstuhl für Pandekten an der Universität Ferrara. PND-Grundbestand.
