General Note
"Niclas Wankijff died in the beginning of 1690, and his wife Maria Matras, who later called herself Maria Wankijff, for the second time took over the printing house as widow. She managed to keep the royal privilege to print the official documents. Her foremen were, in turn M. Syngman, O. Enaeus, M. Laurelius (who all later ran their own printing houses) and, from 1698, J.H. Werner, to whom Maria Wankijff left the printing house in 1705. Maria Wankijff was also an active publisher" [Sources: CERL Thesaurus]
