Libraire. Originaire de Sedan. Reçu bourgeois d'Amsterdam en fév. 1704. Meurt au Portugal. À La Haye, d'abord associé à Étienne Foulque ; puis, en 1701, à son frère Jonas L'Honoré, sous la raison : "Frères L'Honoré" ; à Amsterdam, associé d'abord à son beau-père Zacharias I Chatelain en 1704-1705, puis à son beau- frère Zacharias II Chatelain, de 1706 à 1726, parfois sous la raison : "L'Honoré et compagnie" ; de 1738 à 1748, à son fils Zacharias L'Honoré sous la raison : "L'Honoré et fils". Devise(s) : Honoratus qui Virtutem honorat. Ubertas ex foedere et pace. Non radium excutient.

L'Honoré et compagnie", i w latach 1706-1726 z Zachariasem Chatelain II również jako "F. L'Honoré et compagnie", w latach 1738-1748 z synem Zachariasem l'Honoré jako "L'Honoré et fils". Wydawał w latach 1705-1726 razem z Henrim Abrahamem Chatelain, synem Zachariasa I. jako L'Honore & Chatelain".
