Student, Marischal Coll., 1626-30. Minister in Footdee, Aberdeen. Rector's assessor, King's Coll., 1639-46. From Provenance Catalogue: Born in Aberdeen in 1610, Robertson graduated M.A. from Marischal College in 1630. He was minister of St Clements from 1636, but fled the country in 1645 rather than take the oath of the covenant. See Fasti ecclesiae Scoticanae. Edinburgh 1926.
