Graveur, dessinateur, aquarelliste. Né à Londres ; mort à Ongar, Essex. Dit le Jeune, fils d'Isaac Taylor père et élève de Bartolozzi. Travailla beaucoup pour John Boydell et fournit notamment plusieurs compositions gravées d'après ses dessins pour la Bible. Peintre de paysages et de portraits. Se retire à la campagne comme ministre dissident et abandonne l'art.
