Dt. Buchhändler, Buchdrucker und Stadtrat
Sohn von Wolfgang Endter d. Ä. (1593-1659); auf der Wanderschaft in Genf und bei den Elzevier in Holland, erhielt zusammen mit seinem älteren Bruder Wolfgang d. J. (1622-1655) 1651 vom Vater das Sortiment und erwarb mit seinem Bruder die Druckerei des Jeremias Dümmler. Nach seines Bruders Tod führte er ab 1655 das Geschäft für sich und die Erben des Bruders, bis dessen Söhne Christoph (1652?-1674) und Paul das väterliche Geschäft übernahmen
Imprimeur-libraire. Fils de l'imprimeur-libraire de Nuremberg Wolfgang I Endter. Après 4 années de formation chez les Elzevier aux Pays-Bas, reprend la librairie de son père en association avec son frère aîné Wolfgang II Endter. Membre du "Grosse Rat" de Nuremberg. Travaille d'abord en association avec son frère Wolfgang II Endter, puis, à la mort de ce dernier en 1655, avec ses héritiers Christoph et Paul Endter (qui sont ses fils d'après Benzing, ses frères d'après Oldenbourg).
