Tient des succursales à Cologne et à Francfort. Fait aussi imprimer par Konrad von Waldkirch, à Bâle, et par Jacques Foillet, à Montbéliard. Inclut dans son catalogue divers textes d'alchimie, d'art combinatoire et de philosophie ésotérique (Raymond Lulle, Paracelse, etc.). Auteur de préfaces et d'épîtres dédicatoires, ainsi que d'une édition critique du \"Theatrum chemicum...\" (1re éd. en association avec Cornelius Sutor, Oberursel, 1602). Sous l'adresse prétendue \"Lugduni, per Beringos fratres\", mais avec sa propre marque à la Minerve, il publie en 1600 un supplément (\"operum pars posterior\") et en 1605 un appendice à une édition du \"De occulta philosophia\" d'Henri Corneille Agrippa, réalisée à Lyon en 1550 par les frères Godefroy et Marcellin Beringen"
