Processato e condannato dal Senato all'esilio e alla confisca dei beni, per aver preso un atteggiamento poco rispettoso nei confronti del principe, si uccise. Nato a Forum Iulii (Fréjus) nel 69 a.C. morì nel 26 a.C.
