D.C.L., Oxford, 1762. Published The case of the county of Devon with respect to the consequences of the new excise duty on cyder and perry, 1763, and is attributed with the repeal of the duty in 1766. Died Exeter 1766. His daughter Louisa married in 1775 Joseph Drury, father of Henry Drury.'
