1682 in Bongard bei Aachen geboren; Eintritt in den Jesuitenorden 1700 (ADB) bzw. 1707 (Catalogus personarum); in Trier als Prediger an der Jesuitenkirche, dann im Dom und als Lehrer der Philosophie an der Universität; Rektor mehrerer Kollegien, u.a. auch in Köln (als Regent und Schulleiter); Provincial; wirkte als Superior des erzbischöflichen adelingen Seminars in Trier und starb dort im Noviziatshaus am 15.12.1745
