Tritt 1797 in die Buchhandlung von Georg Christian Keil (1764-1807) in Magdeburg ein, 1806 übernimmt er die Firma und führt sie unter seinem Namen weiter. Sein Sohn Theodor Heinrichshofen (1815-1901) erweitert den Verlag als Buch- und Musikalienhandlung und übergibt 1884 an seinen Sohn Adalbert Heinrichshofen (1859-1932). Adresse: Breiteweg 171-172, Magdeburg (Zeitraum: 1800-1939)
