Γενική σημείωση
Johan Pfeiffer was one of Wilhelm Momma’s creditors, and when the latter went bankrupt in 1771, he took over the printing-house, and also the publishing rights for the newspaper Dagligt allehanda, which he turned into one of the most important newspapers in Sweden. Pfeiffer’s first imprint, Gamla kongl. tryckeriet, appears the first time on Dagligt allehanda, August 14, 1771. Pfeiffer was also a bookseller. He transferred his printing-house to his nephew Carl Schiöström in 1803.
