Lavorò prevalentemente da solo; fu in società con Innocenzo Olmo a Padova nel 1562, e con persone non specificate a Venezia nel 1565; da un documento citato da Marciani risulta che nel 1575 era socio di Damiano Zenaro. Nel 1573 fu scomunicato per aver stampato un messale il cui privilegio era detenuto da Giovanni Varisco. Lavorò a Venezia, dove aveva bottega presso la chiesa dei S. Apostoli, almeno fino al 1611.'
