      text: "Tipografo, copista e calligrafo attivo a Roma, n. a Cornedo Vicentino intorno al 1490. Si trasferì a Roma nel 1510 ed aprì la sua officina nel rione Parione, trasferendola poi nel rione di Ponte. E' probabile che tra il 1522 e il 1523 abbia soggiornato e lavorato a Venezia; tra il 1524 e il 1525 fu in società con Lautizio Perugino. Fu anche editore e si servì della tipografia di Guillery e Nani. Scomparve durante il sacco di Roma nel 1527."
