According to Lilian Armstrong to him 'can be attributed an almost uninterrupted sequence of works dating from 1469 to 1495'. He is said the Pico Master after the most famous copy he worked on, that is a manuscript of the Pliny, Historia Naturalis written for the Giovanni Pico della Mirandola. (L.
