Altre informazioniGreek philologist and archivist. He was born in Naxos. He studied Greek philology in the University of Athens. He served, among else, as a teacher in the Patmias School and he published the first catalogue of the manuscript books of the Library of the Monastery of St. John the Theologian, titled "Πατμιακή Βιβλιοθήκη" (Patmian Library), in 1890.
He also served as Curator of the Manuscripts of the National Library of Greece and published the first catalogue of those, in 1892.
