Other InformationJohannes Enschede was a printer and a collector of incunabula. He was the son of Izaak Enschedé, the founder of the Enschedé printing firm in Haarlem in 1703, with whom he became partner. He acquired the foundry of Hendrik Wetstein, Amsterdam in 1743.
