M.P., F.R.S., F.S.A. He published his speeches on the abolition of slavery and also edited Caxton's Ovid for the Roxburghe Claud of which he was a member. He sold a great part of his library in 1829 when he inherited the country seat of R. Parker at Munden, Herts (BL Clark's slips).
