According to the 'Lista degli Inquisitori di Padova' in the Dizionario di eretici, dissidenti e inquisitori nel mondo mediterraneo, the Inquisitor of Padua at the time was either Paolo Sansoni da Milano OFMConv (Inquisitor in the years 1614–1627), or Antonio Vercelli da Lendinara OFMConv (1627–1659) (<https://www.ereticopedia.org/lista-inquisitori-padova>).
Unfortunately, both the owner's name, and the price at which the Bible was purchased, has been covered with ink by a later owner.
