“Opiniones magne speculator cuiusvis et unde [in vide?] / qui me legeris heredes nostri me vendicaris / Colosuarianos in conventu virginis patres Marie / sacrum profitentes ordinem dominico (!)/ usus vero mei Jacobi est ??? qui licet inmeritans ? ipsorum fuit”.
Although the name and the small poem mentioning the Dominican Convent of Cluj are important sources of evidence, it cannot be determined precisely whether or not this "Jacobus" is the same individual as "Jacobus de Rupe", former owner of now Cluj, BAR, Inc. C. 28 and Cluj, BAR, Inc. C. 63.

Binding note15th century Gothic half leather binding. Blind stamped brown tanned skin. Front board detached but preserved with the volume. Rear board cracked (1/2 preserved). Wooden board scratched, model deteriorated, leather stained and dirty on the back. Decorated spine, two labels: title/author pasted over an older label and shelfmark (“13. B 3”). Two catch-plates, no straps.
