Early marginal notes on y4.5 match those of adjacent leaves, indicating the leaves have been bound in at an early date. Edoardo Barbieri has already noted this in his monograph, however he provides the leaves as "y3-6".

(with thanks to Marieke van Delft and Ed van der Vlist for the transcription and translation of the inscription).
