Binding note15th century Gothic full leather binding. Blind-stamped brown tanned skin. Binding in poor condition; decoration almost completely erased; scared leather, wooden board partially exposed. Spine restored at some point with a fresh piece of leather, now cracked open revealing the manuscript fragments underneath. Two catch plates, straps lost. Overall, the volume is dirty and shows definite signs of prolonged usage. Damaged, scared pages mended with modern paper (not throughout).
