According to Melissakis' catalogue one volume includes various works, apparently Part IV.2 (probably bound out of order and possibly missing Theophrastus's Metaphysica) and the other is Part V of the work.

On the front pastedown, fragment of paper with an 18th century letter in Greek, verso of the paper, upside down to the book text, starting "[...]βέστατοι και αιδεσιμώτατοι ..." and ending "... να ειρηνεύσετε την αγάπην ...". On the back pastedown, fragment of the same letter, recto of the paper, upside down to the text, starting "[...] σας και πάλιν" and ending "και [...]την τη[...]". Both fragments fully transcribed in Melissakis 2016.
Two labels, (1) with the number 6 and (2) with the number erased.
