Nro 2290" on front endleaf in the hand of Johann Baptist Bernhard (1759-1821), the librarian in the Königliche Hof- und Staatsbibliothek, München, who was chiefly responsible for processing the intake from monastic libraries in the first two decades of the 19th century.
Binding noteLate 18th century half-calf binding, with brown mottled paper covering front and back boards. Blind tooling on spine. Evidence of spine labels that are now missing. Pastedowns and endpapers replaced at the time of the rebinding.
