Both covers tooled in blind identically - frames made with fillets, double frame made with rolls with floral motifs, central part filled with lozenge-shaped compartments. Spine tooled in blind, both clasps preserved. Edges coloured in yellow. Titling tooled in blind and gold on spine. Number "44" written on the tail-edge, name of the author "HOMERUS" written upside down on the fore edge.
