Link to Provenance ImageInscription. On title page below printed title: "Ex libris Parochiis Neocomiensis Anno recipt... 1674 JAS(unreadable last name)"
NotePossibly 1654, but the Catholic church was suppressed in Spišská Nová Ves from 1589 to 1672. Probably a gift. Title page also includes an extended handwritten note on Rolewinck's career, but in a later hand than the inscription noted above. Iglovia and Neocomium are Hungarian and Latin names for the Slovak town of Spišská Nová Ves.
