Binding noteAll three volumes bound in identical gothic bindings. Part four is the most damaged, missing huge part of leather and all the furniture. All three volumes bound in brown leather tooled in blind and gold over wooden boards. Tooling: left cover - frames made with fillets, rolls with floral and tree of life motif ; right cover - frames made with fillets, rolls with floral and tree of life motif, inside rectangular central compartment there are two kind of stamps - oval ones with rosette inside and lozenge-shaped with griphus inside. Titling tooled in blind and gold on the recto of left covers. Centre bevels on both covers. Rests of clasps, centres and corners. The binding of pt III is the best preserved. All three bindings damaged at bottom - furniture and leather missing on both covers and spines.

Manuscript notesSeveral marginal notes in Latin in all three volumes (the largest number of 16th c. notes in pt IV). On the verso of left cover of pt III there is a short manuscript letter pasted, signed "anno 1510, Leonardus v[este]r" and adressed to "Venerabili domino Michaeli, sacrarum litterarum baccalaurei [?] in arce Cracoviensi ...ocanti amico sui". The author mentioned Polish names (Korytkowski / Koritkowski and Rybieński / Ribienski ) in the letter. Marginalia written probably in the same hand as the letter.

Manuscript notesProbationes calami on the verso of left cover in all the three volumes. In pt II there is also a date: Anno Domini 166100000, and another on the verso of right cover: [AN]NO D[OMI]NI 16669. A few marginal notes in brown and black ink made by 17th century hand (in all three volumes). In pt 4 there are drawings by 17th c. hand - on the verso of right cover there is a big depiction of unidentified saint holding a cross in his right hand, standing inside the church ; on the margins of CCXXXI v., CCXLIX v., CCLVIII v., CCLXIX v., CCLXVI v., CCLXXV v. there are drawings of Polish coats of arms.
