Probably provenance inscription torn out from the leaf 5 of the index (the last preserved leaf).

Binding noteRebound in the 20th century in the black and brown paper over card board. Rests of the original 15th century binding (half of the back wooden board) was attached to the right cover. The verso of preserved fragment of the board has the fragment of manuscript on parchment pasted on it and on the recto there are two well preserved corner pieces. All the leather was ripped off. Label with manuscript title on the spine, another one with the old shelfmark: I. 5. 5.
