Beschreibung des EinbandsBinding of By.3.2 copy: France, 18th-century blue morocco decorated with triple gold fillets, a small gold fleuron at each corner; gold-tooled spine; marbled endpapers; gilt-edged leaves; pink silk bookmark. Size: 208 x 142 mm.
Anmerkung zur AusgestaltungDecoration in By.3.2 copy: three-line initial "P" supplied in washed-out pink(?) and gold on a2r; other initials throughout supplied in red and/or washed-out blue; paragraph marks supplied throughout in red or washed-out blue.
Handschr. EintragungenAnnotations in By.3.2 copy: 16th-century marginal annotations in Latin on leaves a5v-a6v; underlining, "nota" marks and pointing hands in gatherings a-c; probable ownership inscription erased from top margin of a2r (evidence of ink offsetting on a1v); 18th-century annotation on a1v "Imprimé à Paris en Sorbon[n]e l'an 1491".
