Copy Features - NoteInc. 145 is Tomus IV pars I (226 pp.) of the Opera and Inc. 454 is Tomus IV pars II (294 pp.) of the Opera. Initially, only Inc. 145 was on loan from the Fontein Collection to the University Library Amsterdam in 1919, and it was not until 1975 that all the volumes were sold to the University Library Amsterdam, so that the edition was complete again. This explains the difference in signatures.
