Decoration NoteOne illuminated initial on the fol. i recto, painted in red, green and blue with decorative motifs tooled in blind on the gold leaf. Produced probably by illuminator from A. Koberger's circle in the period between 1484 and 1503 (vide: Z. Wagner, Inicjały iluminatorskie w inkunabułach z oficyny Antona Kobergera, in: Roczniki Biblioteczne, no. 64 (2020).

Manuscript notesOne longer manuscript note in Polish (fol. CCLXII v.) beginning with information about the date of print and date of reading: "Drukowano tge księgij A[nn]o D[omi]ni 1493. In A[nn]o D[omini] 1602 iest tym xiegom 109 lat ... ". The further part of the note concern the content of the book and history of popes. The note is partially cropped. Very few marginal notes in Latin, possibly in the same hand, heavily cropped. One note and the drawing, both crossed out, probably in the same hand, on the recto of leaf CCXL (next to the passus concerning the Council of Constance). Corrections of foliation (e. g. foliation of leaves II-IIII scratched out and changed into I-III).

NoteThere is an unidentified ex-libris, probably from the second half of the 16th c., on the verso of left cover: in the shield a griffin (lion?) facing left. Over an ornamental cartouche there is a man holding a birch switch in his left hand and a rooted flower in his right.

Binding noteBound in pale goatskin over wooden boards. Both covers tooled in blind with rolls. Rests of clasps. Missing parts of leather of both covers and of the spine which is heavily damaged.
