Manuscript notesLong manuscript fragment on the recto of the title page (a1) and on the verso of the last leaf (GG8), probably in the same hand from the 15th/16th c. The first fragment cames from "Revelationes s. Brigittae" (Lib. 5, Revel. IV), the second probably from "Speculum Historiae" by Vincentius Bellovacensis. Very few comments and reading marks in black ink.

NoteInscription in black ink on the title page (a1 r.): Fortuna libri presentis dedit d[omi]num ac heredem Petrum Vedelicium Obornicensem Artium et Medicinae Doctorem An[no] MD29. On the recto of the right cover there is a supralibros tooled in gold: D[omini] PETRI VEDELICII DE OBORNYKY. On the recto of left cover there are two supralibros (oval stamps ; 16 mm) of Wedelicki with his coat of arms and initials P[etrus] V[edelicius] D[e] O[borniky].

Binding noteBound in the brown leather over wooden boards in the 16th c., repaired in the 20th c. Both covers tooled in blind, inscription in gold. Left cover with a central rectangular panel filled with a merrythought tool. Pomegranate fruit inside every compartment. Right cover with central rectangular panel filled with lozenge-shaped compartments with floral motifs and rosettes inside. Frames made with fillets, two of them filled up with rolls (lily and floral motifs).
