bindingNoteBound in the brown leather over wooden boards by anonymous, probably German, binder in the 16th c. Both covers tooled in blind with rolls and fillets (multiple frames). On the both covers singular frames made with small rectangular stamps with "Maria" inscription. Rests of Gothic clasps. Both pastedowns and endleaves made of reused parchment with sketches of huge letters, maybe some kind of templates. On the both endleaves there are long manuscript notes, mainly quotations from Church Fathers like Thomas Aquinas or s. Bonaventura (maybe draft of some sermon on the front, detached endleaf). Titles of the works cobound in the composite volume written on the tail-edges of the book.
