Manuscript notesExtensive marginalia in black ink. In all three works of the composite volume there are personal notes mainly about physicist's practice and chronological records with dates: 1561, 1562, 1563, 1564, 1565, 1565. Manuscript complections of missing parts (bottom half) of the leaves 101, 102, 103. On the recto of leaf 28 there are three longer notes , one of them, dated 1563, is about one of the physician's patients. On the verso of the first preserved folium (leaf 8) there is a short note about medical recommendations (Curatio mea communis ...). On the verso of last fol. (173) there is a longer note dated 1562 telling about the death of Martinus Gnida Crosnia (de Crosnia?), medecinae doctor and astrologus, the death of Stanislaus Clericus plebanus Sancti Stephani, death of Jan Przerębski, archiepiscopus Gnesnensis.
