Binding noteThe original binding is now stored separately, the book was rebound during conservation in 2019. The early 16th c. binding was probably reused in the 17th c. (cropped 17th c. marginal notes in Polish indicate that) Both wooden boards preserved, covered with dark brown leather. Both covers tooled in blind - frames made with rolls, in the center of the left cover there is a huge oval plaquette with the smaller lozenge shaped tool inside. Four corner-pieces on the right and two on the left cover. On the recto of the left cover there is a hardly visible supralibros: EX LIBRIS STANISLAI ZUK PRAEFECTI ARCIS POLOCENSIS.

Manuscript notesLonger manuscript notes on the beginning leaves a2-a4 in Latin and German in brown and black ink, probably in one hand. Household chronicle notes (e.g. about the child birth), with the dates of 1572, 1573, 1577, 1591, 1592, 1595. On the verso of leaf a3 and recto of leaf a4 two-page drawing depicting common prayer outside the city in which two families (female and male group), maybe of future spouses, participate. In the left bottom corner of the drawing there is an unidentified coat of arms depicted - dog (or wolf) supported on a pointing down sword. Other drawings and pen trials. Inside the book very few reading mars and marginal notes in brown ink in Latin, maybe in the same hand (e. g. fol. CLXIX v. ; foliation on the r. of fol. CCXXXI corrected into CCXXIX).
