Binding noteBookbinding in light-brown calf over wooden boards, made in 17th century. Tooled in blind. Both covers with a central rectangular panel with the 1667 supralibros of the Library of Magdeburg Cathedral and tooled inscription: SIGNETVM BIBLIOTHECAE ECCLESIAE METROPOLITA[NAE] MAGDEBVRGENSIS. The outer frame with a wreath motif (cf. Rabenau, Krause, 53 and 54). One clasp on foredge; the other destroyed.
