Notesul frontespizio ms nota di acquisto: "Iohannes Protzer I(ure) V(triusque) licentiatus | Mcccclxxxviij comparavit in Germania iiij libr." La nota potrebbe essere stata aggiunta non al momento dell'acquisto ma in epoca successiva, nella prima meta' del 16o secolo; cosi' si spegherebbe la discrepanza tra data di pubblicazione e nota di possesso riscontrabile in questo e altri volumi appartenuti a Protzer. Il valore economico pure potrebbe dunque riferirsi non al reale costo incorso ma al valore dedotto al tempo della scrittura della nota.
