Manuscript notesIncludes MS marginalia throughout (mostly cropped); at E3v: "Memor=andum that I George Bassendyne"; at G1v: drawings of a jester and second figures, with legends which read: "The prolege of these to wyse persones" and "I haue brought unto your mastershype an napple". At the end: "here endeth the one and thyrtey salmeys H D", written in the same hand of the chapter numbers which begin at Glr. Also includes, on lower endpaper, two pen trials for the name “Mary”.
