In virtù della somiglianza con le segnature in volumi provenienti dalla biblioteca francescana di Conegliano, si può cautamente ipotizzare una provenienza da quest'ultimo cenobio anche per l'incunabolo in esame. Date di ingresso e uscita approssimative. Sembrano risalire al tempo di Conegliano anche due note di possesso cancellate e quasi del tutto illeggibili a c. 3v: 'Ad usum fratris [...]'; '[..] 1532'
