Binding notelegatura rifatta da Paolo Ferrari nel novembre 1985 sacrificando la precedente, di cui sono state conservate in una busta separata le seguenti parti meccaniche: coperta in carta marmorizzata marrone; frammenti pergamenacei che dovevano ricoprire i piatti e il dorso (membr., XIV sec.) e altri frammenti di piccole dimensioni forse usati per coprire la nervatura (3; membr., XIV sec.). Sempre da una precedente legatura proviene verosimilmente il numero '13' manoscritto, ritagliato e incollato sul piatto anteriore dal Ferrari.
