Binding noteEarly 18th-century mottled calf, gilt, with the Sunderland arms stamped in gilt on both covers. Sewn on six supports. Spine label in second compartment stamped in gilt: “TITI LIVII. | DE[C]IS PRI: | ROMÆ” (the "C" rubbed off but blind impression still legible). In first compartment, paper label with MS. "7450" (number in auction).
