Binding noteStamped calf over wooden boards. Evidence of furniture (clasps and bosses) now missing. Modern labels on the spine in red morocco, with title and imprint information tooled in gilt (probably added when Fairfax Murray had the book).
Pasted inside the front cover, a 16th-century drawing of St Michael (210 x 135mm.), in pen and coloured.

Several notes on the rear flyleaf and pastedown seems to be written at least partly in Spanish.
